AHP-7815/7985 CANADA ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Herein is disclosed compounds of the formula Image (I) in which R1, R2 and R3 each is hydrogen or lower alkyl having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and one of R4 and R5 is hydrogen and the other is NR6R7 wherein R6 and R7 each is hydrogen or lower alkyl having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, thera- peutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, processes for their prep- aration, methods of using the compounds and pharmaceutical compositions. The compounds exhibit dopamine-receptor stimulating activity in a mammal and are useful for treating hyperprolactinemia, glactorrhea, amenorrhea, impotence, Parkinsonism, diabetes, acromegaly, hypertension and other central nervous system disorders.
