118-5259 ABSTRACT 6,7-Benzomorphan derivatives of formula I, (I) Image wherein R1 is hydrogen; optionally hydroxy- and/or alkoxy-- substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl or cyclo- alkylalkyl; alkenyloxyalkyl, aralkyl, arylhydroxyalkyl, aralkenyl or tetrahydrofurylalkyl; or optionally alkyl- substituted furylalkyl or isoxazolylalkyl, R2 is hydrogen or methyl, R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aral- kyl, hydroxyalkyl of alkoxyalkyl and R4 is hydrogen, hydroxy, alkoxy or alkenyloxy, hydroxy groups in said compounds being each optionally acylated, having analgesic and luteinising hormone secretion inhibiting properties.
