The present invention relates to a compound represented by the following formula [I] (see formula [I]) wherein each symbol is as defined in the specification, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition, an anti-HIV agent and an HIV integrase inhibitor containing such compound. In some aspects, the compound of the present invention has an HIV integrase inhibitory activity, and may be useful as an anti-HIV agent, or as an agent for the prophylaxis or treatment of AIDS. In addition, by the combined use with other anti-HIV agents such as a protease inhibitor, a reverse transcriptase inhibitor and the like, it may be a more effective anti-HIV agent. Because it shows integrase-specific inhibitory activity, the compound may be a pharmaceutical agent which is safe to use and which causes fewer side effects.
La présente invention concerne un composé représenté par la formule générale [I], un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, ou un solvate du composé ou du sel ; ainsi qu'une composition pharmaceutique, un agent anti-VIH et un inhibiteur de l'intégrase du VIH, chacun comprenant ledit composé. [I] chaque symbole étant tel que défini dans la description. Ledit composé agit en inhibant l'activité de l'intégrase du VIH et est donc utile en tant qu'agent anti-VIH ou un tant qu'agent thérapeutique ou prophylactique pour le SIDA. En utilisant une association avec un autre agent anti-VIH tel qu'un inhibiteur de protéase et un inhibiteur de la transcriptase inverse, ledit composé peut agir comme un agent anti-VIH plus efficace. De plus, du fait de son importante action inhibitrice spécifiquement dirigée contre une intégrase, le composé peut être utilisé comme agent dénué de risque pour le corps humain et présentant peu d'effets secondaires indésirables.
