ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Novel 6?-methylprednisolone derivatives of the general formula I Image (I) in which R1 represents C2-C6-1-oxoalkyl or benzoyl and R2 represents H, C2-C6-1-oxoalkyl or benzoyl and a process for their manufacture. The novel compounds are pharmacologically active substances and may accordingly be made up with suitable carriers into pharmaceutical preparations.
