Benzoxazole and benzothiazole compounds and the stereoisomers, tautomers, solvates, oxides, esters, and prodrugs thereof and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are disclosed. Compositions of the compounds, either alone or in combination with at least one additional therapeutic agent, with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and uses of the compounds, either alone or in combination with at least one additional therapeutic agent are also disclosed. The embodiments are useful for inhibiting cellular proliferation, inhibiting the growth and/or metathesis of tumors, treating or preventing cancer, treating or preventing degenerating bone diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, and/or inhibiting molecules such as CSF-1R.
On décrit les composés à base de benzoxazole et de benzothiazole et les stéréoisomères, les tautomères, les solvates, les oxydes, les esters et leurs promédicaments ainsi que leurs sels acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique. On décrit aussi les compositions des composés, soit seuls soit en combinaison avec au moins un agent thérapeutique supplémentaire, avec un excipient acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique, et les utilisations des composés, soit seuls soit en combinaison avec au moins un autre agent thérapeutique supplémentaire. Les modes de réalisation sont utiles pour l'inhibition de la prolifération cellulaire, l'inhibition de la croissance et/ou de la métastase de tumeurs, le traitement ou la prévention du cancer, le traitement ou la prévention de maladies osseuses dégénératives telles que l'arthrite rhumatoïde et/ou l'inhibition de molécules telles que la CSF-1R.
