La présente invention concerne des dérivés 7-hétéroquinoxaline carboxilique 6-substitué représentés par la formule (1) et leurs sels d'addition qui présentent un antagonisme contre les récepteurs d'acide aminé excitateur, plus particulièrement le récepteur AMPA ; et des procédés de préparation de ces dérivés et de leurs sels d'addition.
