Abstract of the Disclosure 6-Substituted hexahydroindazolo or hexahydro- isoindolo isoquinolines, having dopamine agonist and dopamine antagonist activity, are described herein. The compounds are prepared by reacting the corresponding 8-dimethylaminomethylene derivative with a substituted amine. Novel intermediates are also disclosed.
