ABSTRACT The specification discloses certain 7-acylamido-3- (2-carboxyalkyl-2,3-dihydro-s-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazin-3-on- 6-ylthiomethyl)-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acids having the formula ] Image I wherein n is one or two and R1 represents Image OR Image OR Image wherein R is hydrogen, hydroxy or methoxy; R' is hydrogen or methyl; and R2 is hydrogen, or conventional, pharmaceutically acceptable, easily hydrolyzed ester forming groups; or non- toxic, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. These are cephalosporins which possess the usual attributes of such compounds and are particularly useful in the treatment of bacterial infections.
