ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: 7-Aminoazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines of the formula Image I, where: R1 is a C7-C18 alkyl which is unsubstituted, or a C3-C18 alkyl which is mono substituted by C1-C18 alkoxy or halogen, or is an aralkyl where the alkyl is of 1-12 carbon atoms and the aryl moiety is unsubstituted or substituted by C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy or halogen, R2 and R3 are each hydrogen or alkyl, and A is nitrogen or CR4, where R4 is hydrogen, alkyl or halogen. These compounds are useful as fungicides.
