ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE 7-Oxabicycloheptane substituted prostaglandin compounds are provided having the structural formula Image including all stereoisomers thereof, wherein m is 1 to 5; A is -CH=CH- or (CH2)2; R1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R2 is hydroxy, alkoxy or hydroxyphenyl; and R3 is lower alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, lower alkenyl or lower alkynyl, the said compounds being cardiovascular agents useful, for example, in the treatment of thrombotic disease and as inhibitors of 5- lipoxygenase enzyme.
