Abstract The invention relates to compounds of general formula I Image (I) [wherein R1 represents an alkyl group containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms; and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms optionally substituted (except at the carbon atom) by a hydroxy group, or represents a cycloalkyl group containing 5 to 7 carbon atoms or an allyl, phenyl or benzyl group, and R3 represents an allyl yroup or an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms optionally substituted (except at the carbon atom) by a hydroxy group, or represents a cycloalkyl group containing 5 to 7 carbon atoms, or R2 and R3 together with the nitrogen atom between them represent a straight-chained alkyleneimino group containing 2 to 8 carbon atoms] and acid addition salts thereof which have interesting pharma- cological properties, particularly a metastasis- inhibiting effect based on their selective tumour- PDE inhibiting activity, and to pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds or the physiologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
