The present invention relates to new 9-aminoacridine derivatives of general formula (I), wherein A is hydrogen or (II) (wherein X is oxygen or sulfur, R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are independently hydrogen, halogen, nitro, amino, hydroxy, C1-C4 lower alkylhydroxy, C1-C4 lower alkylamino, C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C4 lower alkoxy or C1-C4 lower alkyloxycarbonyl and m and n are independently an integer of 0, 1 or 2), R6, R7, R8 and R9 are independently C1-C8 alkyl or C1- C4 lower alkoxy, and Y is hydrogen, amino, -N=CHR'(wherein R' is hydrogen, benzyl, C1-C8 alkyl or C1-C6 lower alkylamino), (III) (wherein R'' is hydrogen, benzyl, C1-C8 alkyl or C1-C6 lower alkylamino, and R''' is hydrogen, benzyl, C1-C8 alkyl or amino protecting group) or (IV) (wherein, X is as defined above, R1', R2', R3', R4' and R5' are independently hydrogen, halogen, nitro, amino, hydroxy, C1-C4 lower alkylhydroxy, C1-C4 lower alkylamino, C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C4 lower alkoxy or C1-C4 lower alkylcarboxy, and q and r are independently an integer of 0, 1 or 2) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and process for the preparation thereof.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés 9-aminoacridine de formule générale (I), dans laquelle A représente hydrogène, ou (II) (dans laquelle X représente oxygène ou soufre, R¿1?, R¿2?, R¿3?, R¿4? et R¿5? représentent individuellement hydrogène, halogène, nitro, amino, hydroxy, C¿1?-C¿4? alkylhydroxy inférieur, C¿1?-C¿4? alkylamino inférieur, C¿1?-C¿8? alkyle, C¿1?-C¿4? alcoxy inférieur ou C¿1?-C¿4? alkyloxycarbonyle inférieur, et m et n représentant individuellement un nombre entier égale à 0, 1 ou 2); R¿6?, R¿7?, R¿8? et R¿9? représentent individuellement C¿1?-C¿8? alkyle ou C¿1?-C¿4? alcoxy inférieur, et Y représente hydrogène, amino, -N=CH' (où R' représente hydrogène, benzyle, C¿1?-C¿8? alkyle ou C¿1?-C¿6? alkylamino inférieur), (III) (dans laquelle R' représente hydrogène, benzyle, C¿1?-C¿8? alkyle ou C¿1?-C¿6? alkylamino inférieur, et R''' représente hydrogène, benzyle, C¿1?-C¿8? alkyle ou groupe de protection amino) ou alors (IV) ( dans laquelle X est tel que défini ci-dessus, R¿1?', R¿2?', R¿3?', R¿4?' et R¿5?' représentent individuellement hydrogène, halogène, nitro, amino, hydroxy, C¿1?-C¿4? alkylhydroxy inférieur, C¿1?-C¿4? alkylhydroxy inférieur, C¿1?-C¿4? alkylamino inférieur, C¿1?-C¿8? alkyle, C¿1?-C¿4? alcoxy inférieur ou C¿1?-C¿4? alkylcarboxy inférieur, q et r représentant individuellement un nombre entier égale à 0, 1 ou 2), ou son sel acceptable sur le plan pharmaceutique; cette invention concernant également le procédé de préparation de ces dérivés.
