The present invention discloses a 3-pillar pumping unit driven by compound permanent-magnet motor and its fabrication method, which adopts three pillars to support an overhead platform, wherein one is of large diameter, and the other two are both of same small diameter, and the barycentre of compound permanent-magnet motor is aligned with the geometrical centerline of large-diameter pillar; the large-diameter pillar is provided as the main support for the load of whole pumping unit, and both of the small-diameter pillars are provided as the assistant support for the overhead platform and also as the guideways for guiding the vertical reciprocation of weight box; the position of the adjusting device for the guide pulley of weight box mounted on the overhead platform can be adjusted to ensure that the thickness centerline of the belt for driving weight box can be coplanar with both axial lead of the two small-diameter pillars; simultaneously, the position of adjusting device for the guide pulley of pumping unit belt mounted on the other side of overhead platform can be adjusted to ensure the vertical movement of belt and sucker rod of oil-well pump. The invention is featured by simple structure, good stability of operation and long service life.
