Abstract The A-32724 antibiotics which comprise anti- biotic A-32724 mixture of factors A, B and C, anti- biotic A-32724 factor A, antibiotic A-32724 factor B and antibiotic A-32724 factor C are prepared by the submerged, aerobic fermentation of Chaetomella raphigera Swift NRRL 12331, optional separation and optional isolation. They have antihypertensive activity in mammals.
