A corrugated or other suitable carton board tray for baking a food product in the tray is disclosed. The tray includes a rectangular base (5), upright side walls (7), upright end walls (9), and a locking assembly (15, 17) that holds the side walls and the end walls in upright positions with the corners of the tray and therefore the corners of the baked food product produced in the tray being straight and squared. A blank for forming the tray is also disclosed.

L'invention concerne un moule à base de carton ondulé ou de tout autre carton approprié, utilisé pour faire cuire un produit alimentaire au four, dans ledit moule. Ledit moule comprend une base rectangulaire (5), des parois latérales verticales (7), des parois terminales verticales (9) et un système de verrouillage (15, 17) qui maintient les parois latérales et les parois terminales en position verticale, ce qui forme les coins du moule. Les coins du produit alimentaire ainsi obtenu après cuisson dans ledit moule, sont de ce fait droits et carrés. L'invention concerne également un flan approprié pour former ledit moule.
