A bale mover is disclosed which includes a frame having a hitch mounted thereon which may be attached to the three-point hitch of the tractor or to the front end of a front-end loader mounted on the tractor. The frame includes a transversely extending tool bar or main frame member having first and second upstanding posts secured to the outer ends thereof. A pair of tooth supports are vertically slidably mounted on the first and second posts respectively with chains being attached thereto which limit the downward movement of the teeth supports but which permit the tooth supports to float upwardly on the posts as required. The bale mover permits a pair of bales to be loaded, transported and unloaded without the necessity of pushing one of the bales along the ground during the loading or unloading process of the other bale thereby preventing damage to the wrap net material on the bales.
Un transporteur de balles est décrit, qui comprend un bâti muni d'une barre d'attelage pouvant être fixée à l'attelage à trois points d'un tracteur, ou à l'avant d'un chargeur frontal monté sur le tracteur. Le bâti comprend une barre à outils transversale ou un longeron du bâti principal muni d'un premier et d'un second montants verticaux fixés aux extrémités extérieures de la barre ou du longeron. Une paire de supports de montage de dents sont montés de manière à glisser à la verticale sur le premier et le second montants respectifs, des chaînes étant attachées à ceux-ci, ce qui limite le mouvement vertical des supports de montage des dents, mais leur permet de flotter vers le haut sur les montants, le cas échéant. Le transporteur de balles permet le chargement et le déchargement d'une paire de balles, sans avoir à pousser l'une des balles sur le sol lors du chargement ou du déchargement de l'autre balle, ce qui évite tout risque de dommage au filet d'emballage en toile des balles.
