The invention relates to a base component for a tibial implant, comprising a lateral compartment (14), a medial compartment (12) and an anterior connection portion (16) which connects the lateral compartment (14) and the medial compartment (12) to one another at anterior. A portion (18) open to posterior is provided between the lateral compartment (14) and the medial compartment (12). The lateral component (14) and the medial component (12) each have a lower side and an upper side, with at least one of the lower sides being configured for the fastening of the base component to the tibia. A marginal web (22, 22') is formed at at least one of the compartments (12, 14), starting from the upper side, said marginal web forming a receiving shell for a meniscus component (30, 32) of the tibial implant together with the upper side of the compartment. The height of the marginal web (22, 22') in a posterior region is reduced with respect to other regions of the marginal web (22, 22') at at least one of the two compartments (12, 14). The invention furthermore relates to a tibial implant and to a knee prosthesis.
L'invention porte sur un composant de base pour implant tibial, comprenant un compartiment latéral (14), un compartiment médial (12) et une partie de liaison intérieure (16) qui relie l'un à l'autre le compartiment latéral (14) et le compartiment médial (12) au niveau du ligament croisé antérieur du genou. Une partie (18) ouverte vers le niveau postérieur est disposée entre le compartiment latéral (14) et le compartiment médial (12). Le composant latéral (14) et le composant médial (12) ont chacun un côté inférieur et un côté supérieur, avec au moins l'un des côtés inférieurs configuré pour la fixation du composant de base au tibia. Un réseau marginal (22, 22') est formé au niveau d'au moins l'un des compartiments (12, 14), en commençant à partir du côté supérieur, ledit réseau marginal formant une coque de réception pour un composant de ménisque (30, 32) de l'implant tibial conjointement avec le côté supérieur du compartiment. La hauteur du réseau marginal (22, 22') dans une région postérieure est réduite par rapport aux autres régions du réseau marginal (22, 22') au niveau d'au moins l'un des deux compartiments (12, 14). L'invention porte en outre sur un implant tibial et sur une prothèse de genou.
