The present invention is a bending machine for bending material such as steel to form cutting dies for products such as cloth, leather or the like. Coiled material (12) is fed through a material washer (108), straightener (110) and printer (164) by a material feeder (104) to a bending head (106). If required the material is forwarded through the bending head to a heating unit (114) and retracted to the bending unit to aid in bending. A nicking tool (116) is also provided ahead of the bending tool (106) to nick the material. The nicks enable the cutting die to cut notches in the product being cut. A support surface at the output end of the machine supports the material as it is bent into the required form.
L'invention concerne une machine à cintrer permettant de cintrer un matériau tel que de l'acier afin de former des matrices à découper destinées à des produits tels qu'une étoffe, du cuir ou analogue. Un matériau enroulé (12) est fourni par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de lavage (108), d'une machine à planer (110) et d'une unité d'impression (164) au moyen d'un dispositif d'alimentation (104) de matériau à une tête de cintrage (106). Le cas échéant, le matériau est envoyé par l'intermédiaire de la tête de cintrage à une unité de chauffage (114) et rétracté dans l'unité de cintrage afin de faciliter le cintrage. Un outil de formation d'entaille (116) est également prévu à l'avant de l'outil de cintrage (106) afin de former une entaille dans le matériau. Les entailles permettent à la matrice à découper des encoches dans le produit à découper. Une surface de support au niveau de l'extrémité de sortie de la machine supporte le matériau pendant qu'il est cintré selon une forme requise.
