The invention relates to a stable beverage comprising at least one texture component selected from the group consisting of unhomogenised vegetable puree, fruit pulp and fruit puree, optionally unhomogenised vegetable juice and/or fruit juice, optionally homogenised vegetable material and/or fruit material, and a plant sterol ester and/or plant stanol ester in an amount of from 0.2 to 25% by weight of the beverage. Additionally the invention relates to a method for preparing the stable beverage.

L'invention porte sur une boisson stable comprenant au moins un composant de texture choisi dans le groupe constitué par une purée végétale non homogénéisée, une pulpe de fruit et une purée de fruit, facultativement un jus végétal et/ou un jus de fruit non homogénéisé, une matière végétale et/ou une matière de fruit facultativement homogénéisée, et un ester de stérol végétal et/ou un ester de stanol végétal dans une quantité de 0,2 à 25% de la boisson. De plus, l'invention porte sur un procédé de préparation de la boisson stable.
