The present invention relates to a solvent-free binder composition for preparing hard coatings which contains a) a polyisocyanate component having an NCO content of 10 to 35 wt.% and containing one or more organic polyisocyanates and b) a hydroxy-functional polyacrylate component having a hydroxyl group content of 10.1 to 20 wt.% and a viscosity at 23C of 200 to 20,000 mPa.s, wherein components a) and b) are present in an amount sufficient to provide an NCO/OH equivalent ratio of 0.5:1 to 2.0:1. The present invention also relates to the use of this binder mixture as the binder in solvent-free two-component polyurethane coating and sealing compositions.
