A probe plate for detecting biological samples comprises at least one reactor, wherein the probes being fixed in a direct or indirect form comprises at least one of the probe groups as follows: A) a probe antibody and a probe antigen; B) a probe anti-antibody against different structural specific immunoglobulins; and C) a probe anti-antibody and a probe antigen and/or a probe antibody against different structural specific immunoglobulins. A reagent kit containing this probe plate and a method using this probe plate are also provided. When a group of different target molecules needs to be detected, the reactor number being needed and the detection time are reduced and the detection comparability is increased by using the probe plate.

L'invention concerne une plaque de sondes pour détecter des échantillons biologiques, qui comprend au moins un réacteur. Les sondes, fixées de manière directe ou indirecte, comprennent au moins un des groupes de sondes suivants : a) un anticorps de sonde et un antigène de sonde ; b) un anti-anticorps de sonde dirigé contre différentes immunoglobulines de structure spécifique ; et c) un anti-anticorps de sonde et un antigène de sonde et/ou un anticorps de sonde dirigés contre différentes immunoglobulines de structure spécifique. Une trousse de réactif contenant cette plaque de sondes et un procédé utilisant ladite plaque sont également décrits. Lorsqu'on veut détecter un groupe de molécules cibles différentes, l'utilisation de la plaque de sondes permet de réduire le nombre de réacteurs et le temps nécessaires, et d'accroître la comparabilité de détection.
