It is intended to provide a biosensor whereby measurement can be performed by a more convenient procedure and a specific chemical can be economically and visually detected. Namely, a biosensor for detecting a specific chemical comprising a recombinant purple non-sulfur bacterium which carries a sensor vector having been transferred into a pigment mutant of a purple non-sulfur bacterium with the deletion of a gene encoding spheroidene monooxygenase, characterized in that, in the sensor vector as described above, an inductive promoter showing a specific response to the specific chemical is connected in an operable matter in the upstream of thegene encoding spheroidene monooxygenase.
La présente invention concerne un biocapteur dans lequel la mesure peut s'effectuer selon un procédé plus pratique pour détecter économiquement et visuellement un produit chimique spécifique. L'invention décrit un biocapteur pour la détection d'un produit chimique spécifique qui comprend une bactérie pourpre non sulfureuse qui porte un vecteur de détection ayant été transféré dans un mutant d'un pigment d'une bactérie pourpre non sulfureuse avec la délétion d'un gène codant la sphéroïdène mono-oxygénase, caractérisé en ce que, dans le vecteur de détection tel que décrit ci-dessus, un promoteur inductif présentant une réponse spécifique au produit chimique spécifique est branché dans une matière utilisable en amont du gène codant la sphéroïdène mono-oxygénase.
