The present invention relates to a boring head and a roller cutter and a saddle intended to be used by a boring head for rotary drilling of the front in earth and rock formations. The boring head comprises a body with a mounting surface for carrying a saddle (15) that holds a roller cutter (14). The roller cutter (14) is provided with rows of crushing means rotatable relative to a center line and relative to a shaft provided with two shaft spigots (35), each spigot having a second support surface (36) provided for co-operation with a first support surface (23) of the saddle such to hold the roller cutter to the saddle (15). Each shaft spigot is provided with a hole receiving a fastening means (43) that intersects the second support surface, which fastening means (43) is provided to connect the shaft spigot (35) to the saddle. The first support surface (23) and the second support surface (36) are curved. The first support surface (23) and the second support surface (36) connect directly or indirectly to means (25, 40) for counteracting rotation of the shaft. The fastening means (43) is provided to hold the means (25, 40) together.
La présente invention concerne une tête d'alésage, un trépan rotatif et une selle utilisée par la tête d'alésage pour le forage rotary de la face d'attaque dans des formations de terrains ou dans des formations rocheuses. La tête d'alésage comprend un corps pourvu d'une surface de montage permettant de maintenir une selle (15) qui retient un trépan rotatif (14). Le trépan rotatif (14) est pourvu de rangées de moyens concasseurs rotatifs par rapport à une ligne centrale et à une tige dotée de deux ergots (35) de tige, chaque ergot présentant une seconde surface de maintien (36) conçue pour fonctionner conjointement avec une première surface de maintien (23) de la selle, de manière à maintenir le trépan rotatif sur la selle (15). Chaque ergot de tige est pourvu d'un orifice recevant un moyen d'attache (43) qui croise la seconde surface de maintien. Ce moyen d'attache (43) permet de relier l'ergot de tige (35) à la selle. La première surface de maintien (23) et la seconde surface de maintien (36) sont incurvées. La première surface de maintien (23) et la seconde surface de maintien (36) sont reliées directement ou indirectement à des moyens (25, 40) conçus pour compenser la rotation de la tige. Le moyen de fixation (43) permet de maintenir les moyens (25, 40) ensemble.
