The present invention concerns a building assembly comprising joining profiles (10) provided with profile contact sides, a corner profile (2) provided with corner profile contact sides (4), and insulation panels (1) orientated in two planes wherein the joining profile contact sides and the corner profile contact sides (4) are adapted for receiving opposite contact sides of the insulation panels, such that the insulation panels (1) are retained between the corner profile (2) and the joining profiles (10).
