Each of the bunks of a forwarder comprises a pair of arms 16, 17 and 18, 19. Each arm has a stake with an inner member that comprises two links (26, 27) supported by the bunk to be pivotal about two parallel axes (III, IV) and an outer member (28) that is pivotably mounted on the two links so that it is pivotal thereto about two axes (III, IV). The inner member will thereby move the outer member in parallel in a vertical position when the inner member is pivoted between its vertical end position and its horizontal end position. In this way, one can choose between a narrow loading area and a wider loading area.
Chacun des berceaux d'un véhicule porteur est composé d'une paire de bras (16, 17 et 18, 19). Chaque bras a un rancher dont l'élément interne comprend deux joints (26, 27) supportés par le berceau pour le pivotement autour de deux axes parallèles (III, IV), l'élément externe (28) étant monté pivotant sur les deux joints de manière à tourner autour des deux axes (III, IV). L'élément interne déplace ainsi l'élément externe parallèlement à la verticale lorsque l'élément interne pivote entre sa position terminale verticale et sa position terminale horizontale. Il est ainsi possible de configurer une zone de chargement étroite ou plus large.
