The invention relates to a capsule (1) for the security closure of containers. It is usefully applied in the field of diagnosis and especially on containers full of a chemical reagent into which a sample of a substance to be analysed is injected. The capsule (1) is provided with a cap (2) having at least one portion (3) made of a material which can be pierced by a syringe needle. The portion (3) is covered by a cover (4). The cap (2) is associated to a first security ring (5) such as to detach from the cap (2) following a raising of the cap (2) in an axial direction to the container. A second security ring (6) is associated to the cover (4) in such a way as to detach therefrom following a raising of the cover (4) so as to uncover the pierceable portion (3) and permit a needle to be introduced into the container.

Capsule (1) pour la fermeture de sécurité de récipients. Cette capsule trouve application en diagnostic et notamment dans les récipients remplis d'un réactif chimique dans lequel on injecte un échantillon d'une substance à analyser. Ladite capsule (1) est pourvue d'un bouchon (2) dont au moins une partie (3) est constituée d'un matériau apte à être percé par l'aiguille d'une seringue. Cette partie (3) est protégée par un couvercle (4). Le bouchon (2) est associé à une première bague de sécurité (5) apte à se détacher du bouchon (2) lorsqu'on le fait monter dans le sens axial du récipient. Une seconde bague de sécurité (6) est associée au couvercle (4) de telle sorte qu'elle se détache de celui-ci lorsque l'on relève le couvercle (4) afin de l'écarter de la partie (3) à percer et de permettre l'introduction d'une aiguille dans le récipient.
