The present invention relates to a single-layer cardboard package (1) for food products comprising a front panel (2), a back panel (3), four side panels (4), said front panel comprising precuts (5) defining an openable portion (2a) of the front panel and a non-openable portion (2b) of said front panel, characterized in that: (i) the non-openable portion of said front panel further comprises a locking slot (6), and (ii) a locking element (7) is fixed onto the openable portion (2a) of said front panel so as to extend its length, said element (7) comprising a tongue portion (8) to be inserted into said locking slot (6) to lock said openable portion (2a) in the closed position.

La présente invention vise un emballage en carton monocouche (1) pour produits alimentaires qui comprend : un panneau avant (2), un panneau arrière (3), quatre panneaux latéraux (4), ledit panneau avant comprenant des pré-découpes (5) définissant une partie ouvrable (2a) du panneau avant et une partie non ouvrable (2b) dudit panneau avant, se caractérisant en cela que : (i) la partie non ouvrable dudit panneau avant comporte en outre une fente de blocage (6), et (ii) qu'un élément de blocage (7) est fixé sur la partie ouvrable (2a) dudit panneau avant de façon à prolonger sa longueur, ledit élément (7) comprenant une partie de languette (8) à insérer dans ladite fente de blocage (6) pour immobiliser ladite partie ouvrable (2a) à la position fermée.
