A catalytic cracking catalyst for hydrocarbon oil comprising alumina-containing carrier and molecular sieves is characterized by the following pore volume distribution: 5-70 vol.% with pore diameter < 2 nm, 5-70 vol.% with pore diameter 2~4 nm, 0-10 vol. % with pore diameter 4~6 nm, 20-80 vol.% with pore diameter 6~20 nm, 0-40 vol.% with pore diameter 20~100 nm, based on the total pore volume with pore diameter not more than 100 nm. The present catalyst has high pore volume on BET and strong ability to crack heavy oil and resist coke.
L'invention concerne un catalyseur de craquage catalytique pour huile d'hydrocarbure comprenant un support contenant de l'alumine et des tamis moléculaires, qui se caractérise par la distribution de volumes de pores suivante : 5-70 % vol de diamètres de pores < 2 nm, 5-70 % vol de diamètres de pores de 2~4 nm, 0-10 % vol de diamètres de pores de 4~6 nm, 20-80 % vol de diamètres de pores de 6~20 nm, 0-40 % vol de diamètres de pores de 20~100 nm, rapportés au volume total des pores ayant un diamètre de pore inférieur à 100 nm. Le présent catalyseur a un volume de pores élevé selon une analyse BET et une forte capacité à craquer une huile lourde et à résister au coke.
