The present invention comprises a circuit breaker unit having a backmold which can withstand horizontal axial forces, which cause deflection or bowing of the backmold. The circuit breaker unit of the present invention comprises an enclosure, cradle and pultruded backmold. The pultruded backmold is molded with at least one horizontal rib adjacent a top end, a bottom end or an area therebetween to provide additional strength and support of the circuit breaker and field serviceable connections.

L'invention concerne une unité de disjoncteur pourvue d'un moulage postérieur qui peut supporter les forces axiales horizontales qui provoquent une déflexion ou une déformation du moulage. Cette unité de disjoncteur comporte une enceinte, un châssis et un moulage postérieur pultrudé. Le moulage postérieur pultrudé est moulé de sorte qu'il comporte au moins une nervure horizontale adjacente à une extrémité supérieure, à une extrémité inférieure ou à une zone intermédiaire afin d'apporter une résistance et un support supplémentaires au disjoncteur et aux connexions utilisables sur place.
