A coffee making machine (10) comprises a tank (34) for water; a coffee dispensing unit (44), connection means which are interposed between the tank (34) and the dispensing unit (44): the connection means comprise, in the direction of flow of the water from the tank to the dispensing unit, a manual pumping unit (46) for conveying the water from the tank to the coffee dispensing unit and a heat exchanger (48) which is provided with a pipe (50) which is interposed between the manual pumping unit (46) and the dispensing unit (44) and which extends inside a boiler (14). The pipe (50) comprises at least one portion which extends along a spiral-shaped course inside the boiler (14). The boiler (14) extends substantially vertically along a longitudinal axis (X-X). The manual pumping unit (46) and the dispensing unit (44) are arranged laterally on the boiler (14) relative to the longitudinal axis (X-X).
La présente invention se rapporte à une cafetière (10), qui comprend un réservoir à eau (34), une unité de distribution de café (44), et des moyens de liaison qui sont placés entre le réservoir (34) et l'unité de distribution (44). Les moyens de liaison comportent, dans le sens de l'écoulement de l'eau du réservoir à l'unité de distribution, une unité de pompage manuel (46), conçue pour acheminer l'eau du réservoir à l'unité de distribution de café, et un échangeur thermique (48), qui est doté d'un tuyau (50) placé entre l'unité de pompage manuel (46) et l'unité de distribution (44) et s'étendant à l'intérieur d'un chauffe-eau (14). Le tuyau (50) possède au moins une partie qui s'étend le long d'une trajectoire en forme de spirale à l'intérieur du chauffe-eau (14). Le chauffe-eau (14) s'étend sensiblement verticalement le long d'un axe longitudinal (X-X). L'unité de pompage manuel (46) et l'unité de distribution (44) sont disposées sur le chauffe-eau (14) latéralement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (X-X).
