A combined set comprising a vibration actuator and an implantable device provided to be implanted in an inner ear part, said implantable device having a surface in contact with an inner ear fluid when inserted in said inner ear part, said implantable device comprising a frame having an inner wall, said implantable device comprising a slidably movable member having an outer wall and being connected to said vibration actuator, said slidably movable member being provided for transferring energy supplied by said vibration actuator from and towards said inner ear fluid by means of a translational movement, said slidably movable member being at least partially mounted inside said frame in such a manner that a gap extending between said inner wail of said frame and said outer wall of said member is less than or equal to 0.1 mm.
L'invention concerne un ensemble combiné comprenant un actionneur de vibrateur et un dispositif implantable destiné à être implanté dans une partie de l'oreille interne. Ledit dispositif implantable comprend une surface en contact avec un fluide de l'oreille interne lorsqu'il est introduit dans la partie de l'oreille interne; un cadre comprenant une paroi interne; un élément mobile de manière coulissante comprenant une paroi externe et connecté à l'actionneur de vibrateur afin de transférer l'énergie fournie par ledit actionneur de vibrateur à partir du fluide de l'oreille interne ou vers celui-ci à l'aide d'un mouvement de translation, ledit élément coulissant étant au moins partiellement monté à l'intérieur du cadre de sorte qu'un espace s'étendant entre une paroi interne du cadre et une paroi externe de l'élément est inférieur ou égal à 0,1 mm.
