A method executed by a concentrator connected between a plurality of remote units and a management server, the method including: (i) receiving and storing properties data associated with a remote unit including a microengine and a meter for measuring usage of a resource at a customer's premises, the properties data representing a profile of the remote unit; (ii) receiving message data representing a request associated with the remote unit from the management server; (iii) generating response data representing a response to the request based on the message data and the stored properties data; and (iv) sending the response data to one of the remote unit and the management server, as determined by the request based on the message data.
Procédé mis en uvre par un concentrateur connecté entre une pluralité d'unités éloignées et un serveur de gestion, consistant : (i) à recevoir et à stocker des données de propriétés associées à une unité éloignée comprenant un micromoteur et un appareil de mesure permettant de mesurer l'utilisation qui est faite d'une ressource chez un client, ces données de propriétés représentant un profil de l'unité éloignée; (ii) à recevoir des données de message représentant une demande associée à l'unité éloignée et émanant du serveur de gestion; (iii) à générer des données de réponse représentant une réponse à la demande sur la base des données de message et des données de propriétés stockées; et (iv) envoyer les données de réponse soit à l'unité éloignée, soit au serveur de gestion en fonction de la demande basée sur les données de message.
