L'invention concerne une combinaison d'acide folique et de polysaccharide et son procédé de préparation, plus particulièrement la combinaison d'acide folique et de dextrane, son procédé de préparation, une composition pharmaceutique contenant cette combinaison agissant comme principe actif et l'application de cette combinaison dans le traitement des tumeurs. La combinaison d'acide folique et de polysaccharide est de formule (I) dans laquelle X, identique ou non, est sélectionné dans l'acide folique ou ses dérivés ou encore d'autres récepteurs de l'acide folique sur la membrane cellulaire qui pénètrent la substance cellulaire ; Y désigne un polysaccharide et n>=1.
