A computer-implemented system for facilitating a real estate transaction includes a facilitator arrangement capable of providing a network-based interface via which an initiating party is capable of engaging an initiated party in communication regarding a property, where the parties are engaged for an engagement period. In this regard, the initiating party can be a buyer arrangement or a seller arrangement, with the initiated party being the other of the buyer arrangement and the seller arrangement. Thereafter, access to the network-based interface can be at least partially restricted to thereby restrict the engaged parties from communicating with other buyer arrangements and seller arrangements during the engagement period. Restricting the parties thereby facilitates the parties concluding a real estate transaction regarding the property.
L'invention concerne un système informatique facilitant une transaction immobilière comprenant un facilitateur pouvant fournir une interface de réseau via laquelle un initiateur peut contacter un initié en communication concernant un bien immobilier, les parties s'étant engagées sur une durée d'engagement. L'initiateur peut être un acheteur ou un vendeur, l'initié étant en conséquence acheteur ou vendeur.
