ABSTRACT A concrete form made of a thermoplastic resin by hot press molding of a thermoplastic resin containing a definite amount of glass fiber with a specific average fiber length, wherein its top plate and ribs are integrally combined into one and the same molded product, the thickness t of the top plate and the height h of the rib are as follows: t = 2.5 to 5 mm, t + h = 25 to 70 mm, and patterns may be formed on the panel surface of the concrete form if desired.
