A conductive polythiol-based epoxy resin composition which is improved in pot life and storage stability as compared with conventional polythiol-based epoxy resin compositions. The conductive resin composition comprises as essential components (1) an epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups per molecule, (2) a polythiol compound having two or more thiol groups per molecule, (3) a latent curing accelerator of the solid dispersion type, (4) a boric ester compound, and (5) conductive particles. It is suitable for use as a conductive material in a wide range of fields, including the field of electronics, where low-temperature rapid-setting properties are required.
L'invention concerne une composition de résine époxy conductrice à base de polythiol, présentant une durée d'utilisation et une stabilité de stockage améliorées par rapport aux compositions de résine époxy existantes à base de polythiol. La composition considérée comprend les éléments essentiels suivants: (1) résine époxy à deux ou plus de deux groupes époxy par molécule, (2) composé à base de polythiol à deux ou plus de deux groupes thiol par molécule, (3) accélérateur de traitement latent du type à dispersion solide, (4) composé à base d'ester borique, et (5) particules conductrices. Cette composition peut être utilisée comme matériau conducteur dans une large gamme de domaines, y compris l'électronique, lorsqu'il faut tirer parti de propriétés de prise rapide à basse température.
