A corporate/organization communications system includes a number of mobile telephones (MT1...MTm) and a local network which has a private automatic branch exchange PABX (1) with a number of extensions (2). Access units (B1...Bn; CT1...CTn) are connected to the extensions. In accordance with the invention service node (3), referred to as a mobility server, is connected to the PABX as an adjunct thereto and manages all calls to and from the mobile telephones. The mobile telephones (MT1...MTm) are adapted to make outgoing calls to the PABX only. The mobility server checks the services requested in a call from a mobile telephone. If the requested services match a service profile associated with said mobile telephone the mobility server initiates the set up of the requested outgoing call. If they do not match, the outgoing call is rejected. In this manner the company/organization will control all outgoing calls from its mobile telephones. Calls directed to the mobile telephones are managed by a call park, call alert and call back sequence.

Dans le système selon l'invention, le noeud de service (3), appelé ici serveur de mobilité, est connecté au central PABX en complément de ce dernier et gère tous les appels en direction et en provenance des téléphones mobiles. Les téléphones mobiles (MT1...MTm) sont conçus pour les appels sortants seulement en direction du PABX. Le serveur de mobilité vérifie les services demandés dans un appel provenant du téléphone mobile. Si les services demandés correspondent à un profil de service associé audit téléphone mobile, le serveur de mobilité déclenche l'établissement de l'appel sortant demandé. S'ils ne correspondent pas, l'appel sortant est rejeté. Ainsi, l'entreprise/organisation contrôle tous les appels sortants de ses téléphones mobiles. Les appels effectués en direction des téléphones mobiles sont gérés par une séquence de mise en garde par indicatif, de sonneries et de rappels automatiques.
