A culture medium for filamentary fungi comprising at least one carbon source chosen from the group consisting of molasses, malt extract and sucrose and at least one organic nitrogen source chosen from yeast extract and corn steep liquor is described; a method for producing filamentary fungi, in particular nematophagus fungi on an industrial scale, comprising the step of seeding conidia of such fungi in the aforementioned culture medium and maintaining such a culture medium at a temperature of 23-30~C for a time of 5 to ~10 days to determine the reproduction and growth of the fungi is also described.
L'invention concerne un milieu de culture destiné à des champignons filamenteux comprenant au moins une source de carbone choisie dans le groupe comprenant des molasses, un extrait de malt et du sucrose et au moins une source d'azote organique choisie parmi un extrait de levure et un extrait soluble de maïs; et un procédé de production des champignons filamenteux, notamment des champignons nématophages à une échelle industrielle, comprenant l'étape consistant à semer de la conidie de tels champignons dans le milieu de culture susmentionné et à maintenir celui-ci à une température comprise entre 23 et 30 ?·¿C, pendant une durée comprise entre 5 et 10 jours, aux fins de détermination de la reproduction et de la croissance des champignons.
