A customized content delivery system and method which is inexpensive, and effective in communicating content to multiple people directly or indirectly effected by activities relating to an institution. The system and method includes registering an institution to compose customized content for its members and other interested persons. Members of an institution are also registered to receive the customized content. The institution composes the content. The content is delivered to a computer server. Clients installed on the computers used by institution members and other interested persons request the customized content. The clients then incorporate the customized content into a screen saver which communicates the customized content to the user of the client computer.
