Detergent compositions comprising 1) a first cellulase component having retaining-type activity, preferably having a catalytic activity on cellotriose at pH 8.5 corresponding to kcat of at least 0.01 s-1 and being capable of particulate soil removal, and 2) a second cellulase component having multiple domains comprising at least one non-catalytic domain attached to a catalytic domain, preferably having a catalytic activity on Red Avicel 75 per 1 mg of cellulase protein higher than 104 IU and being capable of colour clarification, wherein at least one of the cellulase component is a single (recombinant) component, are useful for cleaning and colour clarification of cellulose-containing fabrics.

Compositions détersives comprenant: 1) une première cellulase exerçant une activité du type retenue, de préférence une activité catalytique par rapport à la cellotriose, à un pH de 8,5 correspondant à un Kcat d'au moins 0,01 S<-1> et capable d'enlever des salissures particulaires et 2) une seconde cellulase présentant plusieurs domaines, y compris au moins un domaine non catalytique rattaché à un domaine catalytique, exerçant de préférence une activité catalytique supérieure à 10-4 UI par rapport à l'Avicel Rouge 7,5 et par mg de protéine de cellulase, et capable d'effectuer l'éclaircissement des couleurs, au moins l'une des cellulases étant un composant de recombinaison unique. Ces compositions conviennent au nettoyage et à l'éclaircissement des couleurs de tissus contenant de la cellulose.
