A device for processing crustaceans or parts of crustaceans, whereby the crustaceans are moved to a predetermined position. The device is provided with guide means, which are capable of vibrating in such a manner that the crustaceans move over the guide means. The guide means are provided with blow nozzles for effecting substantially upward air flows, which cause the crustaceans to be positioned lengthwise, with their crusts downward.
