La présente invention concerne un dispositif de répartition des ressources d'un réseau physique spécifique selon des liaisons logiques en subdivisant grâce à un algorithme les capacités des liaisons physiques en liaisons logiques. Le dispositif comporte un premier réseau neuronal mettant en oeuvre une partie de l'algorithme, et un second réseau neuronal mettant en oeuvre une seconde partie de l'algorithme, les deux réseaux neuronaux coopérant pour calculer les capacités des liaisons logiques. L'invention concerne également un procédé de répartition des ressources d'un réseau physique spécifique selon des liaisons logiques en subdivisant les capacités des liaisons physiques en lesdites liaisons logiques. En l'occurrence, le procédé fait intervenir un premier réseau neuronal mettant en oeuvre une partie d'un algorithme et un second réseau neuronal mettant en oeuvre une seconde partie d'un algorithme, les deux réseaux neuronaux coopérant pour calculer les capacités des liaisons logiques. De ce fait, le rendement de l'exploitation du réseau physique est généralement optimal par rapport à un objectif donné.
