Portable device (1) comprising a computer and integrated telecommunication apparatus, where the computer, the computer keyboard (2), the display facility (11) and the telecommunication apparatus are accommodated in modules which are mounted so that they can rotate about an axle (12) which is common to them. The device (1) is to be designed in such a way that its operability is facilitated. This takes place by the device (1) being assembled from a system unit (3), a display unit (11) and a keyboard unit (2), whereby in each case the external system unit (3) and the keyboard unit (2) can be locked only in the closed state and in an open state, while the display unit (11) arranged between them can be adjusted and locked at an angle of 0 to 90° with respect to the system unit (3).
