A device for a stretch corset and a neck stretcher for having a patient's spine stretched out upon back and/or neck sufferings, and wherein two opposing belts (3, 4) or the like positioned beneath the patient's arms and within the hip area, respectively - upon neck damages - wherein opposing yokes (24, 25, 26, 27) on the shoulders and head support (20, 21) are supported against each other by means of adjustable, possibly resilient means at either side of the patient. The opposing belts (3, 4) respectively opposing yokes (24, 25, 26, 27) and head support (20, 21) are connected to each other at each and every side of the patient by means of communicating, pneumatic cylinders (5, 6 respectively 22, 23).

L'invention concerne un corset d'extension et un dispositif d'extension du cou exerçant une traction sur le colonne vertébrale du patient, afin de soulager les douleurs dans le dos et/ou dans le cou. Deux courroies opposées (3, 4) ou similaire sont disposées sous les bras du patient et dans la région des hanches et, dans le cas d'une atteinte au cou, des éléments d'appui opposés (24, 25, 26, 27) viennent sur les épaules et soutiennent un support de tête (20, 21) par l'intermédiaire d'éléments ajustables et éventuellement élastiques placés des deux côtés du patient. Les courroies opposées (3, 4) d'une part, les éléments d'appui (24, 25, 26, 27) et le support de la tête (20, 21) d'autre part, sont connectés ensemble sur les deux côtés du patient au moyen de cylindres pneumatiques communiquant ensemble, (respectivement 5, 6 et 22, 23).
