The invention relates to a device for application of lubricant in an urethra so as to thereby facilitate the insertion of a medical instrument into the urethra. The device (1 ) comprises a receptacle (2) having a lubricant- containing space (3), which receptacle is provided with a gripping part (4) and a sprout (5) connected to the gripping part. The outer end (5a) of the sprout is dimensioned so as to be insertable into the urethra of a patient through the urethra orifice and is provided with an outlet opening (6) that is connected to the lubricant-containing space (3) in the receptacle. The receptacle is designed to be grippable and manipulatable by a user by gripping with the fingers about the gripping part (4) of the receptacle, the gripping part (4) being deformable so that lubricant from the lubricant-containing space (3) can be squeezed out through the outlet opening (6) of the sprout by compression of the gripping part (4) with the fingers.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif utilisé pour appliquer du lubrifiant dans l'urètre de manière à faciliter l'insertion d'un instrument médical dans l'urètre. Le dispositif (1) comprend un réceptacle (2) présentant un espace (3) contenant du lubrifiant, ledit réceptacle étant pourvu d'une partie de préhension (4) et d'un bec (5) relié à la partie de préhension. L'extrémité externe (5a) du bec est dimensionnée de manière à pouvoir être insérée dans l'urètre d'un patient par l'orifice de l'urètre et comporte une ouverture (6) de sortie qui est reliée à l'espace (3) contenant du lubrifiant prévu dans le réceptacle. Le réceptacle est conçu de manière à pouvoir être saisi et manipulé par un utilisateur avec les doigts de ce dernier placés autour de la partie de préhension (4) du réceptacle, la partie de préhension (4) étant déformable de sorte que le lubrifiant se trouvant dans l'espace (3) contenant du lubrifiant peut être comprimé et expulsé par l'ouverture (6) de sortie du bec lorsque les doigts compriment la partie de préhension (4).
