A disposable device for clamping and cuffing an umbilical cord or the like, comprising at least one clamp (1) slidably mounted in a holder (5). The holder further includes a knife (8). The cord is cut when the holder is moved along the clamp.

L'invention concerne un dispositif jetable pour le serrage et le sectionnement d'un cordon ombilical ou autre qui comporte au moins une pince (1) monté coulissant dans un support (5) qui est doté d'un couteau (8). On coupe ledit cordon en déplaçant le support le long de la pince.
