The device comprises: a first catheter (2) provided with dilators, a first inflatable balloon (3), associated to the first catheter (2) and active between an inflated configuration, in which the first inflatable balloon (3) is filled with a pressurised fluid and extends in a radial direction away from the first catheter (2), and a deflated configuration; means (4) for sending the fluid to the first inflatable balloon (3); an external tube (5), axially slidable on the first catheter (2), for covering and uncovering the first inflatable balloon (3) in the deflated configuration thereof; a second catheter (6), which can be inserted internally of the first catheter (2) and having an internal passage for a metal guide wire; a second inflatable balloon (7), associated to the second catheter (6) and active between an inflated configuration, in which the second inflatable balloon (7) is filled with a pressurised fluid and extends in a radial direction away from the second catheter (6), and a deflated configuration; means (8) for sending the fluid to the second inflatable balloon (7). Radio-opaque markers (35) are exhibited on the second catheter (6), close to the second inflatable balloon (7); a lateral hole or holes (28) for purposes of angiography are afforded, the hole being supplied by the guide conduit or by a special conduit therefor.
Le dispositif comprend: un premier cathéter (2) pourvu de dilatateurs, un premier ballonnet gonflable (3), associé au premier cathéter (2), et qui est actif entre une configuration gonflée dans laquelle il est rempli d'un fluide sous pression et qui s'étend dans un sens radial à l'écart du premier cathéter (2), et une configuration dégonflée; un dispositif (4) pour envoyer le fluide au premier ballonnet gonflable (3); un tube externe (5), pouvant coulisser axialement sur le premier cathéter (2) de façon à couvrir et découvrir le premier ballonnet gonflable (3) dans la configuration dégonflée de celui-ci; un second cathéter (6) qui peut être introduit à l'intérieur du premier (2) et pourvu d'un passage interne pour un fil de guidage métallique; un second ballonnet gonflable (7), associé au second cathéter (6), et qui est actif entre une configuration gonflée dans laquelle il est rempli d'un fluide sous pression et qui s'étend dans un sens radial à l'écart du second cathéter (6), et une configuration dégonflée; un dispositif (8) pour envoyer le fluide au second ballonnet gonflable (7). Des marqueurs radio-opaques (35) sont apparents sur le second cathéter (6), à proximité du second ballonnet gonflable (7) ; près de ce dernier sont également formés un ou des orifices latéraux (28) destinés à l'angiographie, le liquide passant dans ces orifices étant amené par le conduit de guidage ou par un conduit spécial.
