A device for controlling an electric field at a high voltage comp o n e n t comprises a resistive layer (2) for field control, an insul a t i n g layer (6) arranged on said resistive layer and a semi-cond u c t i n g or conducting layer (8) arranged on the insulating layer. The three layers meet at a triple point (9) where the insulating layer ends. The interface between the resistive layer and the ins u l a t i n g layer makes in said triple point an angle to said semi-c o n d u c t i n g or conducting layer of 60° - 1 2 0° .
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour commander un champ électrique sur un composant haute tension qui comprend une couche résistive (2) pour la commande de champ, une couche isolante (6) placée sur la couche résistive et une couche conductrice ou semi-conductrice (8) placée sur la couche isolante.
