A device for grounded securing of an ele- ment (1) at a hole (9) in a metal plate (10) com- prises members (6, 13) movable on both sides of the plate towards each other and the plate for se- curing the element to the plate and means (12) adapted to establish an electrical connection be- tween the metal of the plate and the element. These means (12) are arranged to enter into ra- dial abutment on the circumferential wall (27) of the hole while establishing said electrical connec- tion.
