A device for heating and transporting particulate material, such as sand or the like, comprises a container (1) for the sand, an arrangement (2) for heating thereof and an arrangement (3) for transportation of the sand from the container to the delivery site (4). This is arranged to be located at a level above a lower part (5) of the container (1) to be able to deliver the sand transported by the transportation arrangement (3) to a load receiver (6), particularly a load vehicle, which can be positioned below the delivery site (4). The transportation arrangement (3) comprises an envelope (7) and transportation members arranged therein. The heating arrangement (2) is arranged to produce heated gas and deliver this one to a room within the envelope for heat transfer to the sand.
Cette invention concerne un dispositif permettant de chauffer et de transporter des matériaux particulaires tels que du sable ou tout autre matériau similaire. Ce dispositif comprend un conteneur (1), un système de chauffage (2), ainsi qu'un système de transport (3) du sable depuis le conteneur vers le site de déversement (4). Ce système est monté au-dessus de la partie inférieure (5) du conteneur (1) afin que le système de transport (3) puisse acheminer le sable jusqu'à un récepteur de charge (6), en particulier un véhicule de transport de charges, lequel est placé sous le site de déversement (4). Le système de transport (3) comprend un corps (7) dans lequel sont disposés des éléments de transport. Le système de chauffage (2) est conçu de manière à produire du gaz chauffé et à envoyer celui-ci dans une chambre située dans le corps, laquelle chambre permet de transférer la chaleur au sable.
